American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine
The American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (AIUM) announced the recipients of its 2012 Endowment for Education and Research (EER) grants at the 2012 AIUM Annual Convention in Phoenix, Arizona. The EER grant provides funding for research to promote the development of new technologies and applications in medical ultrasound and to encourage excellence in ultrasound education. Four grants are awarded annually at the AIUM Annual Convention, and funding is made possible by generous donations from AIUM members.
